- Is there any tax and/or custom fees pre-calculated in the pricing?
No, there is no taxes included or added up front in our prices. But that doesn’t mean you will not have to pay any taxes. Taxes get involved as soon as the goods enter your country – border control will manage these taxes and calculate the amount according to your country’s tax laws. Therefore we do not ask for any taxes and/or custom fees up front as this would complicate the process and also produce more workload on either side – yours as well as ours.
- You are located in Switzerland, how about EU right?
Yes, I am located in Switzerland. But that’s of no concern at all regarding the protection of you rights as a buyer: since you pay via PayPal! The PayPal buyer protection guarantees you to get back your money if something goes wrong – no matter in which country you or the seller resides.
- Are the goods insured during transport? Do I get a tracking number?
All goods are fully insured and will be send to you via DHL. As soon as your order leaves our facilities we’ll provide you the DHL tracking number so that you can oversee the whole delivery process from start to end.
- The packaging and/or the goods are damaged on arrival, what should I do?
In that case please take pictures of the damaged packaging before you open it, then open it and check if there is any damage to the products. If the products are damaged as well please get in touch with us and mail us the photos and a short description of the damages. We will then get in contact with DHL and will either make sure you’ll get a new delivery or your money back.
- Are all the carbon products high quality or just some leftovers or excess from other productions?
Any products you’ll buy in our shop are brand new and originally manufactured. No leftover or excess materials or whatsoever are involved in the process of production.
- Where are the goods coming from? Do you have any stock in Switzerland?
We do not keep any stock here in Switzerland. This is not only to our but also to your benefit as a customer, since it enables us to offer you the best prices and also reduces the taxes & custom fees which occur when the goods cross borders. All goods come from a large factory in China and will be send directly from there to your address.
